Australia: STANDARD $10 | EXPRESS $14.45
New Zealand: FLAT RATE $15.90
International: FLAT RATE $26
All orders are shipped using Australia Post. You must provide a secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home or take to your local post office for collection.
 Refunds & Exchanges
If you change your mind or get the wrong size, please email us at hello@cubsandco.com.au and, subject to product availability, we will happily exchange or refund your order subject to the following conditions:
- the original item purchased was full price (i.e. not a sale product);
- you return the original item within thirty (30) days of receipt in its original condition with all tags attached, unwashed and unworn and with no evidence of damage or other wear and tear; and
- you cover the cost of postage to return the item to our nominated address (and original postage is not refundable).
Please note gift cards and personalised items are not eligible to be exchange or refund unless it is deemed faulty or damaged.Â
Cubs & Co. reserve the right to reject your request for a return, send back the original item to you and not provide an exchange if any of the above conditions are not met.
Faulty or damaged products
If you receive a faulty or damaged Cubs & Co. product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cubsandco.com.au and provide some photos and a comprehensive description of the fault. We’ll do our best to action this issue ASAP! A choice of a full refund or replacement product will be offered to you once the item has been deemed faulty.
 FAQ's
How will I know when my return has been processed?
You will receive an email notification from us once your returned product has been received and assessed by us. We will notify you by email of the next course of action, whether it be payment of a refund or details of the shipment of a replacement product if this is what you have requested.
In the case of refunds, we will use our best efforts to ensure this is processed within five days of receipt of your returned product and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, but this can sometimes take up to 15 business days to be processed by your bank.
How does shipping of returns work?Â
Once you have emailed us at hello@cubsandco.com.au and we have told you the returns address to send your product to, it is your sole responsibility to pay the shipping cost of returning that product to us. Such shipping costs are not refundable by us unless you receive a refund for a faulty or damaged product, in which case we will add the cost of return shipping worn by you to your refunded amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your product to us as we take no responsibility or liability for any returned items lost in transit.
Changes to Returns PolicyÂ
Our returns policy is subject to any rights you may otherwise have under applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to change our returns policy at any time so please check here regularly for any updates to our policy.
